I would start with the normal dosing of the pellets, 4 pellets three times a day and see how they do before playing with the dose. I've not had to vary from that at all.
How much do you have left to lose? If you are going to have to do two rounds I'd say stop before Xmas and be in P3 for Xmas.. least the cheese, etc wouldn't be off protocol. If you think you can lose your remaining weight in one round then I'd say stay in P2 and try to be as good as you can. I was originally ending my 40 day round on Dec 10th but after having to play catch up after Thanksgiving I'm extending it to Dec 22nd (52 days) and then I can be in P3 for Xmas which works well for me because we do a big family breakfast and I usually don't eat the biscuits and gravy and I won't miss skipping the hashbrowns. Then I can also have my prime rib for New Years. I'll likely go back for one more round after P3 and maybe P4, we'll see.. I'd love to once in my adult life be in the "normal bmi"
