  1. I just wanted to say to all who are having a hard time on P3/P4 .. I spent the first 2 and a half months doing 2-3 correction days a week. I was very frustrated. I had lost all this weight, and i thought I will gain it all back within 2 months if I keep this up. What i want to say is one day I woke up and i was the same as the day before and then I was the same for a week and then a month...OMG I am stable!! I have to say THIS DOES WORK!!! I couldn't believe it! when I started HCG I thought of it as a Jump start , motivation , I never thought I would be able to do It!! but 70lbs later I am in the best shape of my life. What an amazing thing to be able to say! For the people who need some motivation...PLEASE trust it --I am so happy I did. It was and still is hard, diets are hard,being Fat is hard, being scared to gain it back is hard....Starting is the worst part.. I hope this is the end of my endless dieting. I hope to be able to say----I WON. Don't Give up -You are worth it!
  2. I am on P3 I will finish my 3rd week tomorrow, Problem is Every 3 days I seem to have to do a correction day. I gain steadily 1/2 pound to a pound a day then I correct and I lose, but always seem to have a 1/2 pound or so over my last day weight. I try to keep the same menu on a daily basis. I have FaGE WITH BLUEBERRIES FOR BREAKFAST oR EGGS WITH SPINACH AND CHEESE... lUNCH : IS USALLY A SALAD WITH HOME MADE BLUECHEESE DRESSING AND STEAK OR CHICKEN...DINNER: NORMALLY STEAK OR CHICKEN A SALAD WITH AVOCODES OR CHEESE AND DRESSING...SNACK IS EITHER MACADAMIA NUTS OR ALMONDS.. No added sugar or starch. My question is ..Is this normal or should I worry? I didn't stabilize last p3 either but I didn't really think too much because I was doing another round. Now I am done and really worried. Do I just need to give it time? I won't go into p4 until I get stable. Does it happen that one day you wake up with an even scale and it just stays that way? Hope to get some insight. Thanks
  3. This forum has been a great help, thanks to all. I started my load for r1p2 on April 9-11,2011 and I lost a total of 21 pounds . I did well on P3 . Now I am on R2 P2 day 14 and I am having really crappy losses. I am only down 5.5 pounds total. I want to say I am a total protocol girl.I figure if I'm going to do this- I want to do it right..BUT HERE IS WHAT I DID..I was so happy not to gain on P3 that I didn't want to gain loading ..I did a P3 with a bit of extras like nuts --no sugars or starch . Psychologically I couldn't stand to gain back weight that I worked so hard to lose.So, my question to all you guys who have this down ..Is lack of loading really affecting my losses? I really would love to know because I am going to do one more round P2 (after this round and a course P3)I really need to know if I sabatoged myself by not loading properly, so that I can really put my mind into loading for my last and final round without guilt . Thanks.
