    Hope all is well. I met my first mini goal a week ago Sunday. It's funny how I promised myself I would but this perfume once I lost the weight. I end up setting a new goal instead of buying the cologne. Than I started thinking about how Hard I worked to reach the goal .....that made me purchase it. So I'm 196 now my original second goal was 190...I don't ever what to hit the 200's again so my long term goal is 180lb. So how are you doing?

    I am going for 40 days. Will try to do 3 rounds as my ultimate goal is 64 pounds. I am planning to only take a 3 week break between round 1 & 2.

    I am checking in to promote the buddy system and see how things are going. My weight loss has slowed a few times, but I am staying positive as clothes are getting baggier every day and I still feel great. Having zero carb and sugar hangovers makes this all worth it!! How are you doing?? (VLCD13 and 12 pounds down, 52 to go.)
  4. Hey, No I haven't done the detox bath yet. I have to go get the stuff I need to do it, but I've heard a lot of people have great results from it though. It's 2 cups of epsom salts and 2 cups of baking soda, with some grated ginger (if you want, but you don't have to put the ginger in), poured in your bath as hot as you can stand it. Sit in it for about 20 minutes, and when you get out wrap yourself in a thick robe or towel. Drink a lot of water before and during. It will make you feel really weak though from what I hear.
  5. Yes, this is my first stall. I'm on my 15th day of vlcd and 17th day since I started loading. Yeah, they say that everyone stalls throughout the diet, so I'm sure it'll happen sooner or later. I'm just glad that I finally got over it. It sucked cuz the 1st week I lost 17 lbs. in 9 days and after that I just stalled for a whole week. I felt like I was doing great cuz I was so far ahead and then nothing for a whole week. So that really sucked. I'm just hoping since I had such a long stall that I can keep on loosing for the rest of my protocol. I really want to get back down to my prepregnancy weight before I go to the beach in 7 weeks. I'm thinking if I'm close I might do a little more than the 40 days, so I can be as thin as possible before I go to the beach. I guess I'll just have to see where I'm at once I get to that point.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH (I needed that)! lol Now that it's the next morning and I went back to read that I'm just like - Wow.. weak! lol Back on track today!!! Congrats on your losses that is awesome!!

Wow! People are rude to you when you are fat, and rude to you when you lose weight...ugh! So, my husband is rocking hcg, seriously, he is awesome. Back for R2

Very excited to be back for R2!

R1 I lost 20 lbs, then gained back 4 to end at a 16lb loss in 23 days. I was very unhappy with my ending, but I knew my heart was not in it anymore. This time, I hope, I have a new attitude that will carry me through.

Yippee! Finally, I get to say I lost again! First time since Monday! Down 16.6 lbs total!

So, like with everything on this journey, I am gonna take time to learn from this crappy loss week.
1. You cannot cheat a plan. I thought that I could figure out a way to eat crappy and lose weight. Just a little fyi for everyone...that DOES NOT WORK. Probably the thinking that got me fat in the first place.
2. If you screw up a few times, that is okay, don't scrap the whole mission.

So, after 7 days on VLCD I was rocking a 16 lb loss...totally thinking, "I got this!", and now on day 11 I am finally back to my 16 lb loss.....

Where did I go wrong? Thinking I was smarter than program. I got away with one cheat on Sunday, so when my husband's birthday came along on Tuesday I thought, "Well, it won't hurt to have some cheesy hashbrowns....". Now, 3 days later, I am finally back to being 16lbs down. Ugh, lesson learned. Diet 1, Me 0!

So day 6 on VLCD and I caved. You think this would be a depressing moment, which it of course is, but could there be a silver lining??? Well, in fact, there was.
