I trades posts w Grammy and decided to go by protocol. I did 3 weeks of P3 and 3 weeks of P4. Today is my first day of round 2. I am trying to load but am not really hungry. I know that sounds crazy but I just eat different now. I'm going to go get some almonds while i surf the forum.

I worry about my skin if I skip p4. I am older than u
I hate waiting b/c I have a long way to go. Only a few days now.
I think I get a thrill when the scale goes down.
I miss that. Now I get excited when it stays the same.

In p4 stabled ok but had some friends over Friday and my weight is up a little did a protein day yesterday and today to help. Doing another round April 19th. Good luck w p3.

momoffive,....I've been doing research on cocoa crack during p2 to break a stall and read some of your posts. Did you end up trying it during p2? Did it break your stall? I've been stalled for 3 days and would like to break it but man, I don't want cocoa crack to backfire on me.

HI there, sorry it's taken me so long to reply - it's been a hell of a week and I've barely had a minute to spare. I have to admit I haven't stuck to the diet the past week, because I'm almost out of drops and the ones I ordered haven't arrived yet. They're due by 7 Feb. I don't want to start and get into it and then run out of drops, so I've decided to start full-steam ahead on Monday, so I'll have enough drops to last me 'till the next lot arrives.

Wow, 30lb is brilliant! Was it 'n 42 day round? No other diet in the world lets you lose this fast. I put on weight if I dare go above 1000 cals a day, so this is good for me, but I'll probably never be able to eat 'normally'. I have a slice of toast and I'm up 5lb the next day.

Have to take the girls to grandma and grandpa now, so will talk again later. Hope you're doing well and have a good day! :-)

Hi momoffive. Rather you than me lol. I read about someone who had three kids, then three sets of twins, she's now pregnant with number 10, and she's only 29 years old. Surely you stop after the second set of twins lol, how on earth is she coping?

Anyway, I just joined today so still feeling my way around, but I've replied to a few threads. I'm on round 1 and have lost 8lb in 4 days. I know most of that is water weight but it's still very encouraging, especially as I'm busy with my period. I started before Christmas and lost 13lb in 13 days but stopped (Christmas got in the way lol). It would be lovely to have and give some support - it's always nice to talk to someone going through the same as you. How much did you lose on the first round?

Anyway, got to go and sleep now, long day tomorrow, with dropping the girls off at Kindergarten at 8:15, then going to a Latin dancing exercise class, then pick the girls up then go to the dentist. So going to be a fun day :-)

I'd try lowering that dose to .8 and see how you do!
