    I am right where you are in the mental block. I get to a point then I too go off the deep end and gain all I have lost. We need to get past this and know that we are worth it and we can be set free from the slavery of food and wrong mind sets.Will hold you in prayer and stand with you to overcome.
  2. I did lose more last week, but has a few off days after that. I'm back on track today and decided to stay in P2 until I reach my goal and hopefully go under!

    I cut back on the cheese. I ended up not losing the second day of consuming cheese. I have been drinking though, and unfortunately snacking on cashews when I drink (I get the munchies), and have still managed to lose. Not much though, this morning was only .4, but I guess its better than being up! I wasn't sure I would lose since I nibbled on some items at a pot luck yesterday. Walked for about an hour downtown and through Pikes Place today, so hoping that will help with a bigger drop. Have you managed to shake your .4?
  4. So you're still taking the hcg and eating cheese? and still losing?! that's great. I'm strugging with only .4 over the last 2 days & i've been strict!

    Thanks! I went a lil further rogue than I wanted to yesterday, but was down .4 this morning, so not too shabby. Did a repeat of egg whites this morning, and added cheese again. We'll see what tomorrow holds! Bought some cottage cheese yesterday, so hoping to play around with that later this week too.
  6. I had some Veg sausage for breakfast, veggie burger pattie for lunch and around 3:00 some cottage cheese with applesauce & cinnamon. Small quantities but it takes the hunger away and it's just added protein which is fine. When I tried P2 another time I decided to add cauliflower and other vegs, and I wound up going off completely. Good luck with the rogue thing if you think you can still stick to the program somewhat, may as well give it a shot!

    Definitely. I should do that this afternoon. Been holding back hunger all afternoon. Getting sick of the hunger and think I'll be going rouge soon. Had 50cals worth of egg whites this morning with my apple, in hopes it would curb the hunger, but not working. Boo.
  8. At one point i added a tiny amount of ACV to my water bottle. It was tough to get down at first, but it helped with a stall and loss! You get used to it after a while!

    Thanks! I love pretty much all the ingredients we are "allowed" to have in P2. I wasn't a fan of asparagus prior to this diet, but ate some the other night and they are ok! ) Other than asparagus I am game for all other veggies and fruits. I've been using more ACV during this diet, and also came across red wine vinegar the other night, and have been doctoring it up with garlic and spices to make a salad dressing with. Who woulda thunk I would like vinegar so much now. lol. I like your idea of making a creamy sauce with cottage cheese. I'll have to get some this weekend. Have yet to attempt Shiritaki noodles again.
  10. I only use Braggs Raw apple cider vinegar for a condiment. P3 i can give you better veg recipes for sure! Tell me what you like to eat and I can come up with something for you for P2!
