Biography:
I'm 31, been married 12 years, and have a 3 year old son. I've now lost 54 lbs with the hCG diet. I am 118 pounds, size 2, and 19% bodyfat. I started at 172 pounds, size 16/18, and 34.5% bodyfat. All my fat loss was from the hCG diet. I'm finishing round 5 as we speak. I am now an avid Crossfitter as well!
