    Hi MrsKittyMt! I came across your profile in the October loaders page and wanted to let you know that your success is an inspiration to me! I just started my very first round today (loading) and my weight loss path looks almost idential to yours, well hopefully! You are more than halfway there so congratulations and keep up the great work!!

  2. hi- i was in horrible shape, after basically lying on the couch for 10 years. i started with walking to tolerance plus i bought a terratrike (3 wheeled recumbent bike) and started riding my local bike trail 8 miles. i just kept at in and gradually increased to about 15 by the end of that season. in the spring of '10 i really started trying to increase my miles, and by the end of last september i rode my age in one day. (55 miles)

    i'm a PT so i vary all kinds of exercise, from golf to floor exercises, and i also have a few machines at home. anything is good to start- just get out there. start with walking, if that works. here are a few hints for sneaking it in: http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgvanillafor...e-time/#Item_0

    but try to get a combination of some cardio, and also resistive exercise. if you don't have acess to a gym you can always do push-ups, squats, lunges, tricep dips (use a stair tread) at home.

I am a married mother of 2 little boys. I have been fat my whole life and I am tired of being depressed. I have a serious addiction to food so I am hoping that this low-calorie diet will help as a cure for my addictions.
