    I have lost 15 so far. Sounds like we are trying for the same amount of weight loss. A 27 lb loss is my goal, but I would be happy with 20.
    A fat fast is something I learned about on the forum where these people have success by eating 1,000 calories of these high fat foods for a few days. I only lost .4 yesterday, we will see how my second day went when I get on the scale tomorrow. It seems so counterintuitive to the diet but it works for some people. Even if I don't loose a ton it is a nice break from protocol. Good luck to you. Keep me posted on how you are doing.

    HI! So cool you are from Chattown too! I loaded on the 5th and 6th so we are very close to the same. How much have you lost? How are you feeling? I totally cheated bad a couple days ago, I couldn't take it anymore, this is very hard for me. Yesterday and today I am trying the fat fast, and I am loving it, but I am going to finish strong on protocol. I'm doing the injections and I'm not going to stop until I run out of liquid, I'm thinking I can make it to 30 days before that happens but I don't know, it's getting low. How long are you going for? Thanks so much for contacting me.
    Oh, no I don't know of any support groups, there is one lady at work that did it and I keep asking her questions. Let me know if you come up with anything.

    Hang in there on the carbs. I have a love affair with them myself. That was the hardest part for me the last time and why I've never done any of those other no carb diets. P3 will be great, adding more choices. After eating P2 for a month or so having the options in P3 seem almost do-able forever. But, when people try to do that they are never able to build the sugars and carbs back in, so go through to P4, but after stabilization you can definitely go back to more P3 if needed. I found after doing this diet I did not miss the carbs all that much. P3 was much easier than I thought because I discovered new snack items like dried apricots and almonds which I stuck with well after P4 was over. If I ever got too out of control on P4/maintenance I just went back to P3 for a few days to rid my body of the carb cravings and it was great. I believe in you!

    Hope your weigh in went well this morning. Sorry to hear of your family troubles, hope they resolve soon, but keep strong and come here often for support. Too bad your hubby had to rub it in about the Taco Bell, he could have stopped and you wouldn't have known since he was going to be gone anyway. Maybe he thinks his cheats won't be so bad if he can get you to cheat too. God Bless!!
