Actually I lost 3 pounds... twice... and bounced back to the weight I held at the beginning of the week both times! grrrrrrrrrrr!!!

Wasa4 caught me in chat today and gave me some great tips, though, which I'm implementing. Part of the way my "lifestyle" is set up just doesn't work for this, so I need to tweak it... and am doing so!

I'll be safe when I hit 225. Im on VLCD18. How was ur week? I hope you lost atleast 7lbs!!
