I plan on keeping my same routine with moisturizing my hair (castor oil and shea butter) but I am going to use gloves and make sure that I dont touch my hair without them during the day or when I twist up at night and take down in the morning. I have also decided to wash my hair in the kitchen sink once a week instead of in the shower while using gloves. Dont want any natural oil trying to creep in while im in the shower from my hair products cause once you reach ketosis that oil will try to get in wherever it can, even in the shower with certain soaps or hair care products driping down your body. I feel good about my hair products because they are natural and are of good quality so there should be no issues with bad fats in them. I am going to take biotin and a super multi vitamin along with some pottasium supplements. I am hopeful that sticking to the diet very strictly and taking these extra hair precautions will not interfere with weight loss.
