It started out as a Vanity Round thread, but it sort of is just where so many of us "old-timers" hang out. Let me know how cycling goes. My second round was 32 days and SOOOO much easier than 40+. Should have been just 28 plus loading, but I missed two doses and extended to make sure I got it all in. I may do another round, sort of a "shaping" round, not for a big pound loss, but to see if I can get some more inches off my waist and upper abs. That's such a bad place to carry fat, and while that has improved greatly after 45 pounds, it still could use some paring down for both health and to make clothes fit better. It's discouraging to have a size 6 backside and still have a size 10 waist. Better than size 16/18+ was tho, so no complaints! I still bless every day I found this program and this forum. I never, never, never want to go back to before. P.

Smooch! So glad to hear from you! I'm great---just got back from a family wedding, start a new job next week. Up a few pounds from travel, but I will get it back off. I understand about Crazy! Come join us on the Vanity Round thread. Candi, Kansas and Janeen are there. Not everyone is down to skin and bones, just a nice group who talk about pretty much everything and keeping on track as an aside! We'd enjoy your insights and hearing about your busy life. Polly

Hey, Smooch. Just checking to see how things are going. I miss our little thread...

Cindy, I feel like I am posting too much---but I know you asked about oopsie rolls. The original Suzanne Somers recipe started out for pancakes and had the egg separating and the egg white whipping, etc. , but I ran across this on her site a couple of years ago, and it tastes exactly the same and is much simpler. It does not call for cream of tarter--maybe that is what was added to make them more like rolls and less like pancakes?

Warm 2 oz of cream cheese in microwave until warm (30 seconds or so). Add 1 tsp of vanilla and sweeten with your choice of sweetner equal to about 3 tsp of sugar, and two eggs. Mix til smooth. That's it. Pour/drop into nonstick pan or butter and fry like a pancake.

This takes maybe 3 minutes instead of 20! Quick and easy--in fact, the recipe is labeled EasyPeasy Pancakes. Hope this helps. P.

Hey Smoochie! Looks like we are on a similar path, no doubt! I wouldn't consider round 2 a bust, I did lose about 20 pounds, so averaged right at 0.5 lbs/day. Hoping for better this time, though. One week down and so far so good, I'm down more than I thought I would be at this point. I usually hang out on the Valentine's Day loaders, but there's only like 4 of us left. I'll check out your October loaders and maybe jump in there. I find online forums like this really helpful on my journey, esp on P2!

Yes, wouldn't that be nice! I seem to have this little problem this round, though, called sticking to the diet? I've expanded my foods and added fats and calories and variety and it's slowing me down. I'm trying to keep my head in it and not freak out. It IS round 4 after all... so I keep telling myself, with 2 weeks left (less and less every day) it's OK that I eat a chicken cesar salad, because it'll drop off! It's OK that I add pesto and feta to my grilled chicken.. LOL... Yea, not so much. My 3.1 turned into 3.6 as of this morning. I need to get my head in it. I just wanna eat P3, in less quantity, and not suffer for it. I don't think I should... not giving me the drops I want! Bummer. My own fault!

    Hey there-
I took a longer break from the program than expected, life happens sometimes. I am looking to get back on target but want to try a different SQ product. Can I ask what you used or recommend? Thanks

Hi! How are you? You helped me out a few months ago and gave me so much information. ADC took forever to get me my hcg and I had one disaster after the other come my way (seriously, the mailman delivered my hcg as I was standing outside of my apartment, waiting for com-ed to turn the electricity off because the entire apartment was flooded waist-deep). But nowww I'm ready to start and I'm just reviewing all of the emails you sent me and I am so, so, so thankful for them.
