Binged horribly on sugar for the last week of P3 and now into P4. Yesterday I had my worst binge/purge attack since I can remember. I am now at 109-110 so basically back to the weight I was before I started R2. Really annoyed at myself and worried about how I will maintain this weight and not continue to gain until I can start my third round.
Will do a third round and hopefully, once and for all, achieve reset and be able to maintain.

Down another 4.2lbs, which is particularly impressive since I have had TOM (for the first time in 3 months) and I actually lost 3.4 of those pounds this week in just 3 days. These losses are FAR better than anything I ever saw on Round 1.
The weird thing is, I'm trying to get a rough idea of my maintenance calories based on what calorie deficit would lead to this amount of weight loss...and my calculations give me a number of 2,300 calories which for someone who is 5'4", 106.2lbs
My off-protocol escapades so far have included:
Cherry Squash (sweetened with sucralose)
Diet Cola (sweetened with aspartame or sucralose)
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Gherkins
Mushrooms
Brussels Sprouts
A few raisins and dates and crystallised pineapple chunks (!)
Using tinted foundation moisturizer
Vitamin C tablets sweetened with sucrose and glucose (!)
Mixing veggies

OK so I didn't want to do a second round at all, and I stabilized well in P3 after my first round at 110.2 which was 1lb under LDW. However, I had trouble over Christmas in that I went home from Uni (which was WONDERFUL) but it put me back in a very restrictive mindset so I was only eating around about a P2 level of calories...usually about 300-500 and a LOT of junk...to the point where I ended up almost full on binging for a couple of days and my weight went up to 115.2! Everything was going well until the last couple of days. I didn't have a problem on Christmas Day, but since boxing day I've been eating lots of sugar and chocolate. I had tried it in little bits tentatively and had no problem with it, but the last couple of days I've gone back to restrictive eating (less than 500 calories a day) and have totally skimped on protein and fats entirely and I'm now up to 113.4 (exactly 2.0 over LDW) from my lowest weight ever of 109.8 just a couple of days ago.
