It's finally time to move into Phase 3. It's been both an exciting and saddening experience but otherwise it went GREAT. I lost exactly 30 pounds! That's better than I expected. I did not cheat at all and am very proud of myself for that. I want to commend all the others losers for their success

I've finally reached day 15 with all its ups and downs. I have been having cravings like crazy. Cheez- its, french fries.... it smells so good when the kids are cooking. But I HAVEN'T cheated!!! I just kept on drinking my teas and water trying to not think too much about it.

Just updating some info about yesterday and today. I did well yesterday and my steak and cabbage was delicious. Even my kids said that it smelled good! I then ate my strawberries and was feeling full and satisfied. Then the thoughts of food popped in my head. I don't why, I was satisfied but I had thoughts in the back of my mind about fast food. I fixed myself one cup of chamomile and one cup of smooth move tea and went to bed.

I have finished my two days of loading and am finally on the 3 day of the P2. So far so good, what I actually noticed is that when I had all that food, my pressure was not as high as it would have gotten if I hadn't taken the drops. I'm sooo excited to finally get started on this new quest! It seemed to be a journey that I thought would never get here but I'm finally starting my 1st round phase 2 on the VLCD.
It's time to pig out for me! Just this morning I ate a double croissantwich this morning with tater tots and chocolate milk. MMMMIt's been so long since I ate food like that, usually it's turkey bacon and egg whites.
