    hello mzKia, hope you had a good weekend and enjoying new dishes, I had a terrible few days with a total gain of 3 pounds!, scary, so I been eating lots of meats an less cheese (I LOVE CHEESE) yesterday the family wanted to meet for Chinese @ dinner, so not many choices there, all I had was some green beans (which probably had sugar on it) and a ton of shrimp! they were just saute in oil and had chili pepper flakes and salt. Had not eating out with the family since January so that felt really good. I was pretty sure the darn scale was going to bite me this morning, but I was so happy to be back at LDW. I woke up so thirsty this morning.. that means the shrimp and veggies from last night were saturated in soy sauce or God knows what. so I'm keeping it lean meats today, salads, NO cheese! and lots of water, will see tomorrow..

    Hi mzKia, deviled eggs!! yummmm.. I had some sugar/ carb free cough drops a few weeks ago during a mild cold and I did fine with them. for the last couple of days I had; (breakfast) 2 egg omelet with a little cheese, onions, roasted bell pepper and 2 slices of chopped Canadian bacon, yummm. and for lunch and dinner I double the meat portion and I'm using regular (not fat free) dressing about 2 tbsp. I also had put a little bit of chopped eggs,black olives and cheese on my salads, I also had some cantaloupe and pineapple, I think I total 1500 cal a day. my weight has stayed within 1 pound, so I'm very happy about that. I'll be trying this weekend the "oopsi rolls" see if they taste good, and hopefully I'll venture out a little bit more next week with different veggies. Have a great weekend and let me know what you had and if it's working for you.

    WOW! congrats.. I'm so happy for you!, I'm also done with p2, today is my 2nd day on p3, hope I can stick with it and not mess it up!, it's kind of hard to come up with so much food and finish it, I got used to small amounts and now trying to eat double of what I was eating it's making me kind of sick on my stomach, hopefully it will get better. Ok, keep in touch and have a wonderfull day.

Hello newbies!!! End of p2

Good Morning Everyone,
It's finally time to move into Phase 3. It's been both an exciting and saddening experience but otherwise it went GREAT. I lost exactly 30 pounds! That's better than I expected. I did not cheat at all and am very proud of myself for that. I want to commend all the others losers for their success. I am anxious to see how Phase 3 will turn out or rather how much self control I muster up. Good day to all...

HELLO NEWBIES: DAY 15 of P2

Hello Friends,

I've finally reached day 15 with all its ups and downs. I have been having cravings like crazy. Cheez- its, french fries.... it smells so good when the kids are cooking. But I HAVEN'T cheated!!! I just kept on drinking my teas and water trying to not think too much about it.

Taking the Journey...Day 3 of P2

Hello everyone,

Just updating some info about yesterday and today. I did well yesterday and my steak and cabbage was delicious. Even my kids said that it smelled good! I then ate my strawberries and was feeling full and satisfied. Then the thoughts of food popped in my head. I don't why, I was satisfied but I had thoughts in the back of my mind about fast food. I fixed myself one cup of chamomile and one cup of smooth move tea and went to bed.

Hey Newbies!

I have finished my two days of loading and am finally on the 3 day of the P2. So far so good, what I actually noticed is that when I had all that food, my pressure was not as high as it would have gotten if I hadn't taken the drops. My head would have pounding through the roof considering I loaded pretty good.

Hello everyone,

I'm sooo excited to finally get started on this new quest! It seemed to be a journey that I thought would never get here but I'm finally starting my 1st round phase 2 on the VLCD.
