I ended up cutting R3 a little short because I was having a difficult time. I had bought drops from a different supplier than the ones I'd been using before, and they REALLY weren't working for me! I struggled with stalling and very slow losses, and wasn't losing the inches like I had in earlier rounds. Lost only 7 lbs. Very frustrating.
This past P3 was very inconsistent, too. Ended up 5-7 lbs over LDW and just couldn't seem to keep it back down. I gave it a full 3 weeks P3,
Well, I'm ready. I'm starting R3 tomorrow. I'm so looking forward to this. I've done fine with P3 and P4, staying fairly stable within 1-lb or so of LDW -- generally just below LDW, so that was a great thing.
The last few days, I've found myself pinching at that little roll above my waist band. Not happy with this... Then testing the "incentive" items in my closet -- and shoot... the arms are too tight! I'm getting anxious to start seeing changes again!
Okay, I have an interview with one of our VPs tomorrow, and my closet is so slim on clothes that actually fit right now! I pulled out a suit I hadn't worn in years, and it fits great -- except that I'd forgotten the pants aren't long enough! (At 5'11", that happens to
Okay, I pulled the "Basics" info below from a P3 thread where it was being reposted. I seriously do not know who originally wrote this up, but it has been such a huge help to me that I wanted to re-post it where I can get to it quicker as a reference.
If anyone has info about who wrote this, please do let me know. I'd love to credit it properly! Thanks again to my unknown resource!

Sat down with my calendar the other night to do some planning. I've looked at the progress I had with R1 and R2, and started looking at my upcoming schedule to figure out where I want to go from here. (It still tickles me that I can actually make plans and have some control over my weight progress--rather than watching it continue to slide ever higher and out of my control!)
This time I'm planning about a month of P3/P4. Will start R3 in March and will do another long round then.
