  1. This is my 5th day of the diet, my 3rd day on the 500 cal. My start weight was 175 and only got up to 177. 6 after loading. After the fisrt day of diet I lost 1.6 and after the second I lost 2.6 I have already lost 4 lbs woohoo!
    Not having any problems with lack of calories just trying to come up with some interesting ways of preparing the foods on the diet list.
    I'll be checking out blogs and forum postings to see what you guys are all experiencing. Hope to make some new friends while I'm at it.
    My goal is 145.

Knorr Chicken Bouillon

8 glasses of water everyday is a lot to handle but I love Knorr's bouillon in an 8 oz cup once in a while. I haven't done it on my 500 calorie diet. I'm only on my second day.
Anyone tried it? and with what results, good or bad.
Sure would help with the water intake.
