    Hi! C25K update : I would say GO FOR IT. Since deciding to to HCG, I've been slacking on my good eating/exercise habits that I'd begun January. It's so seductive - eating well exercise for 3 months with 4# weight loss vs 30day HCG with potential 15# weight loss? Yesterday I ate two giant donuts for lunch just because! But after posting the above, I decided to continue my C25K runs today morning and I feel GREAT! No temptation to eat bad foods today at all! I think this can be really helpful during the diet - endorphins are powerful - and also builds up good habits for postHCG when I hear the real struggle is!
