P2 Recipe - Chinese Chicken Cabbage Rolls

by Natalie on June 24th, 2017 at 07:43 AM
I absolutely am in LOVE with this recipe. I could eat this a few times a week regardless of what phase I'm in and be quite content. Note though that coconut aminos is not p2, but it's a nice alternative to Braggs liquid aminos which has soy and can cause gains/stalls with some folks. I haven't had a problem with coconut aminos though. You can always substitute ACV if you want to stay completely OP.

Round 2 P2 - After Planned Interruption - FTW!!! No prisoners!

by Natalie on June 23rd, 2017 at 10:07 AM
Took a ten day PI in the middle of my P2 round. My first round, I lost about 26 lbs. Second round was kind of a bust - lots of cheats, but the PI helped me get my head back in the game and just DO THIS RIGHT! On intermountain hhcg pellets this time, tried those before with success, I think my drops I had in the beginning of p2 didn't work..not sure exactly what was up. This forum keeps me going. Love the Lovely Losers thread and the losers on there immensley!

GOAL for the rest of

I'm baaaaaaack!

by Natalie on October 28th, 2016 at 09:27 AM
I remember this awesome forum! It's what pushed me through my first few rounds of hhcg back in 2011 where I lost 57 lbs! I have NO EXCUSES. I let myself go, it's my fault. But after months and months of contemplating almost gaining back everything that I lost over the last few years, I finally started hhcg again and am on my VLCD3 of R1 with a total of 4.4 lbs lost. I realize most of it is water weight, but I'll take it. I haven't really been hungry but moreso need to rewire my brain to keep busy

Round 4 Phase 2...

by Natalie on December 2nd, 2011 at 12:25 PM
Haven't been on here in a while. Thought I'd break the ice. Into 4th week of r4p2. Down to 164.2 (so about 15 lbs this round including loading weight). The hard part is staying on protocol! Have two more weeks of drops and I'm calling it. Hope I can get down to at least 160 to start p3

The dreaded plateau

by Natalie on May 23rd, 2011 at 08:02 AM
OKay...yo-yoing between 174 and 175. Many factors come into play here....little cheats here and there, not enough sleep, TOM, stress, etc. I'm hoping to break through to 173 by Wednesday, if not sooner. I'm at 174 now and only 14 more pounds till goal and p3. Wow...this second round is a lot tougher physically and mentally. I feel more hungry and lacking energy....

I decreased my dose from 10/3 to 9/3, but sometimes I forget to take my dose at around the same time...so that may
