well, that's kind of a small photo you have, Kim! it would be hard to pick you out in a crowd around East county! I've been back on P2, but I don't think I should have bothered, although I do feel like I have lost more inches, but not staying on protocal very well at work.

Yes, this forum has been a lifesaver for me.
Without it, I don't think I would have stuck to this protocol.
I am having a hard time wrapping my head around both numbers
50 lbs lost and 195 on the scale.
I haven't been under 200 since 2004
with my first "serious" health challenge
of heel spurs on both feet
then my gall bladder
then my left knee
then a kidney stone
then my right knee
and mixed in there is a "lesion" on my liver
and finally having my thyroid removed.
I want to say "I AM DONE!"
and go back to "normal" health.
So, I got serious about losing the extra person (100 lbs)
I've been carrying around for years.

I think I'll need help staying on track AFTER the knee surgery (Nov?)
because the surgery has been my motivating factor since January

I plan another round in January
which should get me pretty darn close to my goal.
And maybe another round in May
to see where on the scale
hCG says all my abnormal fat is gone.

WOW Very busy. Yes i think all of those places are still here. I have befriended a young lady that worked at Chrysalis house for two years. Rough! Nice to know there is a connection, what did you go on to do in you "late" years :-)

have you ever made that cake, Drivermama? because I just bought a bunch of eggs on sale, so I am thinking of making it! but I want to make sure it really tastes as good as it looks!

thanks, Driver Mama, I will check into it. I am cheating a lot. I never thought I would say that. I have 5 lbs. more to lose and then I will be happy! but I am afraid to see what the scales will say tomorrow!
