  1. Doing round 2! After a wild week in Florida with friends and no weight gain (yay!!!) I have decided to finish what I have left in my bottle...I might be able to do 2-3 weeks and am looking for another 10 pounds. Maintaining for me has been easy so I figure why not just go for it. Loading has made me sick. I made a list thihs time of all the things I wanted...none tasted as good as I thought they would and I literally got sick tonight so I am looking forward to R2 VLCD 1 tomorrow. I'll post starting weight later...

    Endometriosis Sucks!!! I have it too and it has robbed me of so many things, took me 10 years to be able to have my one daughter. I am hoping that it will actually help being on this diet. way to go on getting under 200lbs, that is my GOAL too, havent been there in a loooonnnng time. You must feel great. Good job....
  3. I finished my cycle a litle early due to some ovary pain. I have a history of endometriosis so I didn't want to push it. I lost a total of 15, which I am thrilled with! I am down a whole size and I met my goal of being under 200...I hit 197! Best thing is that I have been maintaining it beautifully (I was sooo worried). I have enough HCG to do another short round and I think I will in May. I'd like to lose 30 more pounds so if I can get another 10 off with HCG then I think I can handle the last 20 over time. I did not work out while I was doing the HCG. The diet is really quite hard on your system and you aren't taking in enough calories to exercise. The one day I tried it I was light headed and then got a terrible headache! My tummy is flat now so even though I am a size 14 I don't feel sloppy or big anywhere. I learned a lot. I am looking at food differently, making better choices and eating smaller portions. This has generally been a pretty good experience for me.

    hey sounds like you are doing great... I’ve lost about 13 pounds... but am pretty much at a stand still ... I have been super stressed at work and have had a few out of town trips where all I could do was make healthy choices and try to make good decision.. lol... so all in all I’m okay with the 13... I still have about 13 left to be less than 200 but like you it is a great goal for me!
    Are you working out? I know this sounds crazy but I feel like im getting “flabbier”... if that is a word... I really miss working out...
    So glad it is going good for you! You are doing great!
  5. So happy am under 200 for the first time in ages. Got some new clothes for Florida and Hawaii...lookin and feeling good!
  6. Thank you. It can get exciting! This spring we leave for southern MD and after hurricane season off to the Caribbean. Been planning this since 2003!

  8. Not silly at all...go to Settings and on the left click on Edit Profile Picture and then hit the browse button and click on the picture you want and I think then it asks you to hit load...

  10. I am drinking 2 cups of green tea day and I can do that with nothing in it. I am drinking 4 bottles of water (16.9 oz. each - 2 servings) and 2 I drink with MIO and 1 with lemon and 1 just plain. I think the Mio is ok...I will weigh again on Monday but I saw a few others were doing a bit of Mio too. Like you...I don't need the max-max...I am happy with 1 pound a day...certainly wasn't getting that before! This has to fit into my life so...

R2 P1 - Happy, Calm and Confident

I lost 13 pounds on a 25 day Round 1 (I am following a modified program that fits my lifestyle and cooking style better than the ultra-strick original version so my losses may be a bit less than many but I accepted this before I started). I managed to keep every last pound of it off even during a 1 week vacation with friends where there was alcohol added back in! So, I decided not to wait and to do my 2nd round now instead of in May (I was trying to pick a good time...going to Hawaii in April).

VLCD 2 - Making soup! Smells awesome!!!

It's cold and the snow has turned to rain. I can hear it tapping on the deck. So, what a great day for soup! I took 2 cups of organic chicken broth (5 cal/serving, no sugars or fat). I added garlic and a small amount of onion...just for flavor. Then I put dill and sage in, and some black pepper. I threw in my serving of chicken chopped up small and my serving of shredded cabbage. Let me tell you...it smells awesome in here!!!

Very New - Few Questions

I start loading tomorrow. The loading I can do! lol I am trying to figure out how to eat the 1st week. Here are my ?'s:

1. Is Splenda ok
2. Can the Crystal Light be counted as the water or do I need 10 glasss of polain water?
3. I am doing injections but in my packet form my Dr. is the Sotto Lingua Diet which seems to be about 800 calories a day and let's you have an egg in the morning...is that ok? What is everyone eating for breakfast? IS it just
