Well, I didn't wake up to a loss at all- actually there was a gain of 1.5! seriously? already- I think its due to my Hugh loss the first day- i found out my coffee had ground hazelnuts in it and my steak that was smothered in butter (i did send it back and get another one, but took a few bites and realized it was just too good) Anyways i'm cutting out Melbas today- and going to go easy on the fruit.

I recieved some great advise yesterday and im so glad I found this site- As for everything I wrote yesterday i going to scratch it out and say im sticking with the Orginal protocol- other than mixing veggies and maybe the balsamic.
I didn't lose as much today as I did yesterday, and I know that will happen often so im not disappointed
