About newlife4ever
I am 63 years old. I have been fat most of my life. I have gone on 2 major diets in my life and lost over 100 pounds each time, only to end up fatter. My lowest adult weight was 107 (weighed that for 3 days) my highest was 264 in 2011. I have lost slowly since then and am now down to 232. Then I discovered HCG. I will be starting with my daughter on July 27, 2012 on Phase 1, round 1. It is the begining of my new life. I am determined to succeed. I want to enjoy whats left of my life. We will be using HCG nasel spray.
Update: 9/3/13 - I started round 5 on 9/1/13. I have been unable to stabilize on the last 2 rounds so just yo-yo'd back and forth. Just spent the last 5 weeks trying to reset leptin gland. Hope it worked. I will be using injections (like the previous 3 rounds) and will be on strict protocol. I mixed vegetables last time so hoping that was part of my problem. We will see. I basically wasted the last 2 rounds. I do have thyroid problems so that is also part of my problem. I have decided if I have to do this the rest of my life I will. I feel so much better and health has improved 100% that it is worth it!

Many people report they are having issues when adding foods back in during P3 and P4. Some attribute this to food allergies or food intolerance. While this

In general, I recommend that you start by adding the sweeter fruits. Next, add starchy veggies- peas, winter squash, corn, etc. A sweet potato is another possibility. This is a good plan for week one of P4. By the end of the week
