Strawberry Lemonade Slushee

Just made this and it came out pretty good so I thought I would share. I was craving something sweet and I realized I could mix strawberries, lemon juice and ice and make something yummy.

-Juice of 1 lemon
-Handful of strawberries (cut into halves)
-Stevia packets to taste
-1/2 cup Bottled Water

Add ice, water, strawberries and lemon juice and blend until desired consistency. Add stevia and enjoy

Cheated and I feel terrible

So last night I had a moment. Everyone was eating yummy things and I was so miserable. I ended up cheating now I feel gross and terrible. I was doing so good! I am stressed that this is going to stall my weight loss or make me gain. I am going to stay off the scale to avoid being discouraged.

So I am new to this site. I tried this diet before and failed. I realized that this is my only hope if I want to lose weight and be healthy again.
