    Hey lady,

I am so glad you broke your 4 day stall. It's so hard not to cheat and to hang tough during those times. Good for you! You have another week left right?

Keep your head up--I'm joining you on P2 tomorrow!!! Make sure to keep track of your symptoms & check them out with your doc if things get worse--that's what we usually say with people with medical issues around here. Good for you for coming back.
  3. I will, and likewise if there's anything I can help you with.

Wishing you a wonder-filled day, Steveo!

Awesome... I am glad that is working out for you! I am always a little nervous about advising ppl how to get back to protocol... It can be a little touchy, I guess. You can always contact me for advise or whatever.

Congrats on the weight loss! THAT, the daily weigh in, was my biggest motivator to stay on-plan. For future reference, here's the link to the thread I was thinking about:
I'm not a good drinker either. I use spiru-tein when I use protein powder (it's one of the few that are kosher), and it's a combo of pea, rice & soy. It's also pretty good in the taste department, but I have waited until P3 to use it. (I can't find if it has whey in it--it is non-dairy though.) Jay Robb is popular around here (for taste and nutrition) and I think those are all egg white protein. There is also a brand I've heard vegans like called Sun Warrior, so you might want to do some research on that one.
Congrats on your loss--keep on truckin'!

Hope you got an answer--I've never taken drops so I have no idea. If you ever get in a jam like that, we have a few threads on "need an answer NOW" (something like that anyway) that is frequented by our mighty moderators, and you can usually get a fast reply there. Best wishes!

You got it--the egg mix or the cott cheese for the meat. I weighed my bowl, then my digital scale has a feature where you can set that weight to zero, technically, then all of the weight comes from the food. If memory serves it was around a cup of cott cheese (fat free of course). P4 applies to the rest of your life, so I'm still on P4 until I start another round this month, and I've maintained decently (although it was easier after the 1st rd then now). (Baked apples are delish, aren't they?) Happy Labor Day weekend!

Hi NWNature Girl! Thanks for your message--I tried to send this back to you privately but your settings are set to block private messages--you might consider changing that. I also have a history of IBS/Spastic Colon, so no embarrassment here. Becoming a vegetarian 15 years ago has done wonders for it. I have always eaten both eggs and dairy, but there are a few other vegans on the forums doing their meals similar to what you describe--there is a lot of experimentation because there is no official vegan protocol. Dr Simeons only addresses ovo-lacto vegetarians in his manuscript. The cottage cheese is the same measurement that the meat is: 100g. (I ate mine with my fruit allottment and stevia, but once or twice I'd sprinkle curry powder or garlic and use it as a veggie dip.) Dr. S. also said vegetarians lose less on average, but not me, so don't be discouraged. Sorry I can't be of further help to you; search just "vegan" because there is at least one vegan thread.
  10. HI ...I am BRAND new also and need someone to go on this journey with me...
do I start by eating for 3 days?

The HCG diet info that I've come across says to stop all meds while your on the program-I can't do that. I need my meds. They are mainly for depression, and low thyroid function. I take the natural thyroid, not the synthetic.

Can I still be on this diet?

Hope so.

My understanding with the drops is to take less large amounts more often so my body can slowly adapt to the Hcg and target the fat.

My concern is I can't handle hunger, especially not for 3 days, and it seems like quite a few of users of the homeopathic drops struggle
