    Thanks for the well wishes. I am feeling good. Muscles are a little achy, but attitude is great. this isn't my first time at the rodeo, either. Lost 8.4 pounds in 2 days so far. That is enough to keep me motivated.

  7. Whats on your menu today here is my menu

    Breakfast was at 8am Cental time- Strawberry Protein Shake 6oz with 20oz of water
    Snack is due now 2.5 hrs later will be- Small Apple and more water
    Lunch will be at noon- Grilled tilipia and green beans
    Snack at 2.30pm- Orange and green tea with one packet of stevia
    Dinner- Grilled Ck breast and cabbage

    Cant stomach vitamins right now yuck so hopefully in the days to come i will be able to take them. Had my 1st b12 shot on yesterday and prior to this diet I did weight watchers online and lost 26 pds on there in 5 months.

Biography:
I am a mom of 1 son who is 9 years old. I am married. I work fuul time and go to school part time. Weight has been in issue since middle school and quite frankly I am sick of it. It's my time to really get rid of these nagging extra pounds. I have commited to this diet like none other and I am determined to succeed. I know I have a long fight up head and I am geared up and ready to go. I love to sing, listen to music, read and work. I love doing things with my family and just hanging out with friends. I have about 80 or so pounds to lose overall but started with a shorter goal of 40 pounds by January. I am doing the HCG through a weight loss clinic and using the creme. They have me on a 16 week program 12 weeks on VLCD and Creme and 4 Weeks of Maintence. I am hoping for great results as this is my last stop before WLS.......Wish me luck!

Round 3 Day 6 VLCD -12.2 so far yay!!!

This is my third round of HCG creme and so far I have lost a total of 68.6 with an unsuccessful round two . I mean I lost but i went on like four vacations right after so I gain the round two weight loss back
R1=-50.6 12 weeks 4 weeks of maint
R2=18.0 6weeks not so strict cheated alot no main phase
gained 28.6 after r2 due to 8 weeks of whatever eating and vacations
R3 D6= so far down 12.2

So right now I am 16.4 pounds over my lowest weight of 209

Day 3 r3 vlcd -6.8

SO FAR THE SCALE IF MOVING AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER ESP AFTER TWO MONTHS OF LOADING AND GAINING SO MUCH WEIGHT AFTER ROUND TWO. I AM ONLY 3.8 PDS OVER MY START WEIGHT OF ROUND TWO WHICH WAS A TOTAL WASTE BUT ITS OK. ONCE I GET TO 227 I WILL FEEL ALOT BETTTER AND FEEL LIKE I AM TRULY LOSING AND NOT JUST GETTING RID OF LOAD AND GAINED WEIGHT YA KNOW. ANYWAYS HOPING THE REST OF THE WEEK ISNT SO CHALLENGING. AND THAT I CAN STICK TO IT THIS ROUND.......ALREADY HAD MY FIRST CHALLENGE A WORK BABY SHOWER

Day 2 Round 3 VLCD

Hello Folks I am back......Day two of round three. Round two didnt go too well i lost but with my two month break i can alot. so starting off at 237.6 on day on after loading i am already down 3.8 pounds and plan to stick to protocol 100% for the next 6 weeks. Well 40days. I pray for the will power that i had in round one cause round two didnt go nearly as well as round one. Day 7 Round 2 Phase 2 (VLCD)

Well last monday I started the week weighing in at 238. The previous friday before i was 227.8 so i gained a whopping 10.2 pds over the weekend after loading up on yummy foods. So as of this morning I am down to 220.4 thats 17.6 pounds in 6 days of dieting and exercising unbelievable is what it is. But in actuality I lost 7.4 pounds - the load weight still amazing and ill take it. First weekend went off without a hitch. no issues no temptations. yay. Today is last day in week one......wahoooooo

Day 4 P2 R2-12 pounds

Ok so today is going great woke up down another 3 pounds back on track wahoo........So on Friday of last week I weighed 227.8 loaded up on all the bad food on saturday and sunday woke up monday morning to a 10.2 pound gain (YIKES) But I am happy to report that as of this morning I am officially back on track and at my lowest weight of 226.0 on and upward from here.
