    I believe the Pure H202 brand is what they call "Celeste's" There is a thread in the forum for users of her drops. It is located at http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...support-10885/ if you haven't found it already.

    Typically with the sublingual drops, you eat or drink nothing for at least 15 minutes before or after the drops and hold the drops under your tongue for as long as you can.. 30 to 60 seconds.. some try longer. Are you sure it said 4 drops 4 times a day and not 6 times per day? You might email them for clarification or ask at the link I posted above.
