    On the bottom of the spreadsheet are "tabs" that will take you to all the other places in the spreadsheet. Do those open?

    Part 2 I had to split it up cuz it was too long
    On protocol I use the Smooth Move tea. It's not lovely and it is important to let it steep at least 12 minutes as recommended on the package. Other recommendation while you are in limbo get some golden flax seed. Continually nibble on about 1 tablespoon of them through out the evening. Seriously its ridiculous but I put about 3 or 4 of them in my mouth and make sure I chew them individually kind of how you might do sunflower seeds. I do this in the evening after dinner and it helps me refrain from looking for other snacks. I will be doing this P2 my next round but I don't recommend it at the point because I have no reference on effect on losses. Make sure you are washing down your flax seeds with water as they absorb a lot.

    No I'd go 800 to 1000 calories protocol food. Ditch the junk. Stay steady until the new drops arrive and treat it as an interruption. If new drops arrive within 2 weeks of last dose (14 days) just go right back into VLCD at 500 calories without even loading. When your drops come in if you want to stay 800 - 1000/day for a couple of days until the drops work in your system again that's fine. Depends on your hunger. You CAN get back into this. Tomorrow follow up on your drops and find out where they are.
    Please stop eating the sugar and starches immediately though. Keep drinking your water 2 liters/day.
  6. Sadly, i jumped off the wagon...still didn't have my hcg..ran out of hhcg...and boy did the temptations come...I ate pizza with my family...ate s0me cookies...yikes!!! If that doesn't support the effectiveness of hcg, I don't know what does. What should I do while I wait for the shipment? Continue on the diet? Eat wisely..low carb..? I was beating myself up, but I am ok now. I just need to get back on it.
