The last two days were interesting...first off, I ended up cheating (here I am, still in the first week...terrible) with cajun fries! I only had a handful, but it was done!
The next day I weighed myself and there was zero change...made me nervous...I believe it takes a couple of days for "cheats" to show up anyway, so right off the bat, this wasn't a good sign!
Next day, down .8 lbs...felt a little better...beat myself up for cheating and then cheated again!!!
I woke up this morning with a 2 lb. loss!! Feeling very motivated and zero desire to cheat! I'm off to make some Curry Chicken Salad...love that dish!
So far I'm down 3.8 pounds and it's only day 3! I think I'll get my last 10 lbs + off in a snap...crossing my fingers!
I think I'm going to stick to fish and chicken for the next few days...beef can sometimes stall me...but fish seems to be the best protein for continuous weight loss...also, more apples, less oranges...
I'm going to keep a journal on what I do for this round...good or bad...I'm going to be transparent! Today is day 2 of VLCD...I was down 1.8 lbs.
Yesterday was strange, I wasn't really hungry, so I didn't eat one of the veggie portions...also, I didn't drink enough water...I need to kick that up a bit.
I have been on an antibiotic for the last 3 days and wonder if that will cause water retention...we'll see...
