    Mine are homeopathic but I also thought vox was as well. the only ones that aren't homeopathic cost around $150-200 a bottle. I think you will do well either way.

    Hi! the pellets are great and I think you will like them. I take 4 pellets 3/day and that seems to work just great. Don't eat or drink anything strong tasting 30 mins before or after but you can have water. I like the convenience of them, I have one bottle at home and another in my purse for when I am caught out of the house. I think you will like them. Give them a good 10 taps before you pour them in your cap. That is about all there is to it. Little to no hunger.

    Thank you so much!!! Are you doing ok? I really hope it isnt serious!! Are you still doing P2? I could extend it almost a week if I want to. I am having internal conflict to stop or not...of course as I decided to stop my weight started dropping more. Of course. Let me know how you are doing!!!

    Off to GNC to get those tablets. Weighed in again this morning and for the 6th day in a row I have not lost anything - ugh. Hopefully the ACV tablets help. Thank you for the encouragement - hope all is well with you.
  6. you should be fine to switch right over- but you might have to tweak your dose in one direction or another after a few days.

    I just broke my stall, finally!! I started taking ACV tablets with my meals...2 with lunch and 2 with dinner...
    I would recommend them to you before you do an apple day. All the Senior advisors recommend not doing the apple day because your body is recalibrating and it's absolutely normal to stall. Hang in there...We'll get through this!!!

    We have similar weight loss goals. I started 1/22 and originally weighed 158 and am down 8 lbs. My goal is 130 and I have stalled for 3 days. Contemplating eating apples until tomorrow at noon with minimal water. Have you had the need to do that? Would love to learn how to put up the weight loss graph. Howndid you figure it out? Sorry for flooding you with questions!

Finally....

The last two days were interesting...first off, I ended up cheating (here I am, still in the first week...terrible) with cajun fries! I only had a handful, but it was done!
The next day I weighed myself and there was zero change...made me nervous...I believe it takes a couple of days for "cheats" to show up anyway, so right off the bat, this wasn't a good sign!

Next day, down .8 lbs...felt a little better...beat myself up for cheating and then cheated again!!!

A Great Day for Losing...

I woke up this morning with a 2 lb. loss!! Feeling very motivated and zero desire to cheat! I'm off to make some Curry Chicken Salad...love that dish!

So far I'm down 3.8 pounds and it's only day 3! I think I'll get my last 10 lbs + off in a snap...crossing my fingers!

I think I'm going to stick to fish and chicken for the next few days...beef can sometimes stall me...but fish seems to be the best protein for continuous weight loss...also, more apples, less oranges...

Round 2...this is IT!

I'm going to keep a journal on what I do for this round...good or bad...I'm going to be transparent! Today is day 2 of VLCD...I was down 1.8 lbs.
Yesterday was strange, I wasn't really hungry, so I didn't eat one of the veggie portions...also, I didn't drink enough water...I need to kick that up a bit.
I have been on an antibiotic for the last 3 days and wonder if that will cause water retention...we'll see...
