    I chop up the apple and use the acv like a dressing.. then halfway through eating the apple I drink the acv in it and finish the apple

    I love the roasted radishes. I have used red and daikon.

    I would not do an apple day. You end up just losing water weight. I've done mini-steak days where I eat nothing all day and have about 6 or 7 ounces of lean steak and an apple for dinner.

    Hi Pam! Thanks for the invite. I had to cut the diet short due to medical complications. Had some horrific pain come on last week & dr says the adhesions around my intestines have come back so I've got to go in for another surgery...sigh. I go in tomorrow for my cat scan. No worries though, this will be the 3rd surgery for this so far. Crossing my fingers it's the last. Seems like every time I make any progress I have some medical thing arise that takes me back to square one. Anyway, as soon as I'm all healed up, I'm going to be back on the HCG. Right now I'm maintaining the 16.5 lbs I lost, which is not hard to do since I'm not hungry! lol I wish you all the best on your diet journey & I'll be keeping watch & root'n you on in your progress! I'll probably be out of pocket for a few days next week because I'll be in the hospital & then conked out at home, but it shouldn't take me too long to be up & around again. Love & Hugs - Sherry
