    Hi, yep, born and raised there. haven't lived there since i left for college in 1975 but my family is there. i haven't looked at the forums since last week. i've been at a resortsince friday night..............needless to say it's been hell on the diet!! i'll catch up with the forums, etc. in a few days.

    Sounds like you are having a frustrating time! Are you in P3? I am in P3 and had a giant 2.2 gain the other day. Can't put my finger exactly on what contributed to the gain, but I did eat one piece of regular bacon, made cauliflower pizzas (several people report they gain from cauliflower--go figure), and it felt like a lot of salt that day. I was worried about the left over beef I used on the pizzas--and then used yesterday morning in my omlet-- possibly having sugar in it, but I am down 2.2 this morning! Anywhoo, I think these protein days are a bunch of BS. So, I didn't do a 'correction' day yesterday. I just made sure to up my fats and keep my protein high for the day. I've been using MyFitnessPal, and realized that Tuesday, when I had the questionable foods and cauliflower pizzas, I only consumed 30g of fat, when I've been consuming more like 90-100g of fat a day. So, made sure to up my fat yesterday (ate a whole avocado and a handful of cashews).

    Wow girl! That's great! Congrats! No, I'm not having much of the hunger issues, unless I get up real early. An update on me tho. Lastnight, (P2D4) I cheated! I wound up with a 3 lb gain this morning. :-( Ok, now I've confessed! I'm not going to do that again tho... I'll tell ya, I feel like crap today! Eating crap = Feel like crap! My headache is back this morning & I'm unfocused. I wish I hadn't done that, but I did and now I know what it feels like. I hope I can drop tose 3 lbs back off very soon so I can keep on going! I really think this whole experance is changing the way I look at food. So, How are you today? Thanks 4 reading my confession! I needed to tell someone on here!

    I'm glad you found your sweet spot! And congrats on you losses
    I'm hovering@ -57.5. I cheated last week gained 2 took 6 days to lose that and get below my last lowest weight and now TOM. Lol so, I'm doing good just trying to be patient and hoping I can still get a 10 to 12lb loss this month.

    I started with homeopathic drops and then switched to homeopatic pellets when the drops ran out. I was directed to take 10 drops 3x a day. I reduced to 6 drops 3x a day after the 2nd week. I felt like I was hungrier than I should be and that did the trick. 6x a day sounds like a lot to me. Are your drops homeopathic or rx? In my opinion a morning, afternoon and night routine works well. I'm so excited for you! Be sure to get lots of fats and proteins in with whatever carbs you like! And start working towards 4-5 liters of water or herb teas a day. Have fun...and happy transformations!

    Hey! How are ya doing? I think we lost touch for a few days here. Things on my end are great! I have NOT cheated and I feel great! I've lost 7.6 lbs so far. How about you? I am amazed by this! I sure hope this keeps up! I'm super excited!

    I'm glad today went good for you! Your dinner sounds good... lol! I thought for sure I was going to get a sugar withdraw headache, but not yet. (knock on wood) Eating the fruit was smart! Ok, what is a detox bath? I was going to take a bath when I get home, my legs hurt. I too can't wait to see the scale tomorrow & the next day & the next... I really think that's going to keep me hanging to this! ttyl!

    Ok, so today is going well here! I cooked up all my hamburger & Chicken this morning! Enough for a week & then some I think! So how are you this morning? I'm sucking down the water! I normally drink a ton of water anyway! I know I won't have any trouble getting in 2 liters. Hey, do you know if we can take something if we get a headache? Are you taking any B-12 or multivitamins? ttyl!!

Loading Day One was crazy! All day, the anticipation of what I was going to eat was psyching my mind out. I've been trying so hard to eat healthier that my body is like NOOOOO when it sees fattening food, haha.
