    I have been keeping up with your blogs about your road trip and I am happy that you are doing fine and keeping it together. I am happy that being away does not take you away from the Forum.

    I am wobbling but I think I am good. I threw up my hands today and just did whatever . . . I am letting go for a day and then get back to it tomorrow. I really need to breathe for a minute. I am still journaling . . just not blogging it because it does not have anything motivational or uplifting about it . . just a struggle . . . I think I deserve to take a day off and have whatever and come back to work because it does feel like a job that I have to be on top of . . . alll the time.

    I wish I was a mover, Back in the day . . . I played football for a bit, never played in a actual game, swam . . . loved it . . . Now . . not so much. HCG does make you kinda lazy . . .er . . . what with doing practically nothing so that it does not affect the scales. I think that the closer you get to goal, you might be able to push it a bit and settle for losing inches over the pounds. . . knowing that even if there are added pounds, these are the good muscle pounds which are leaner and more beautiful over the fat pounds.

    You continue to impress and motivate me. You just rock!!

Update

Going into P4 this week. That came quicker than I thought. I have been staying relatively stable within my 2 lbs with a correction day here and there. Traveling again starting today. My intentions are to stay stong and hopefully that goes well. This is truly a learning experience maintaining even just when in between rounds. I am grateful we have the breaks between rounds because it gives us the chance to learn how to do it. I see too many other folks on other programs quit before maintaince and

Pretty exciting

One of my goals was to be able to fit into yoga clothes at Lucy's. I just happened to be at a mall today and there happened to be a Lucy's. Not only was I able to fit into their clothes but I didn't have to buy the largest size in everything. Can't say I really needed everything I bought but I treated myself all the same. it sure feels good to look at my list and see another goal accomplished. I am doing a 21 day yoga challenge right now. It may be at home but a girl can still look good!

Moving into P3 of R5

Finished R5 with a 19.3# loss. I did a 32 day round. I cut it short so that I would be in P4 when I visit family. it made me more secure doing it this way instead of wondering if there was hidden sugar in everything.This brings my total on HCG to 96.6# loss. I am pretty sure I will do another round but I am not sure when as of yet. I guess I will see how I feel in a couple of months and decide. I was hoping to be done by the end of the year but I also want to take a break and get my hormones in

I suppose I should take it as a compliment when someone says "you look like a different person". It doesn't always feel like a compliment though. It is like they are saying I looked so bad before. I guess I would like how I used to look to vanish from the face of the earth. I don't want to be reminded of it.
