    Hi there! Just checking in to see what everyone is up to. I am gearing up to do my R2 - I'll start 10/22 - that way I can do the 3 weeks and hopefully stabilize by Thanksgiving and the holidays...I've maintained my LDDW more or less (with a steak day here and there) - sure hope to hear from you!

    Hey there Nat! Glad you got in touch...sounds like you're doing really good...I've been holding at 163-164 which is under my LDDW of 166 - but I really need to lose another 10-15 lbs...just have to wait til the summer is over. I'm hoping a girl at work will start with me. She was the one who got me to do this hcg thing...so glad she did. I'm going to make sure to do what I did the first time...pre-weigh my meat and put in freezer bags - and the George Foreman saved me. My husband won't do it so he'll be on his own for 3 weeks as far as dinner...he did okay last time and knows how serious I am when I commit to this thing because it is such a commitment...it ain't easy!!! LOL about your husband being grumpy! Men need their meat and it's usually more than 3 ounces at a time!!! Good luck with that. Keep me posted on your progress...take care. Diane

    Hey there! So where ya been and how ya doin??? Our board is dead - I do check it every so often. Sure miss checking in with everyone so I'm sending out an email to see how everyone is doing.     I looked at your stats-steady downhill drop. What r u using? and what protocol..Im at work and no change for 3 days on weight....So want to have junk food-but I feel good not with the junk---and if I start Ill probls never stop

What I've learned....

I have been realizing a lot of things about myself lately. I really think that for me the key to my hcg success so far is a 40 day P2 and not cheating. I lost 27 lbs in P2, stabilized well in P3 and have transitioned to P4 quite easily while still losing a couple of more lbs.
What has changed for me is my feelings towards food. Food has been a comfort for me for as long as I can remember. Once my migraines disappeared after starting P2 my outlook on food changed from comfort to fuel for

Black coffee for the first time in my life. YUK! I drank it I am determined but just wish I wasn't doing this alone. I did get here on my own. I love to eat. Emotional eating is my thing. I need to find something to do instead.
Eating was interesting today. After not having meat for 4 years I ate chicken two times! It wasn't so bad but I really need to figure out how to season it. Cooking is NOT my thing!
Hopefully the scale will be good to me tomorrow morning!
