    I'm glad you're doing ok. We're starting to come together again for round 2. Hachi's leaving because she got a job that requires a lot of travel. She's going to come back when she gets in the groove at work...and she's going to check in periodically. So, when do you go back for round 2?

    Hiya Holly! How've you been? We miss u! Hope things are going well. Are you ready for round 2? I'm loading on Thursday and Friday. Not gonna lie, there are some foods I'm looking forward to eating. We'll see if I feel the same after I've taken a few bites. Just thought I'd drop by and tell u I was thing about u.
  4. It is good to hear that everything is going good for you in p3 and in general. I was worried about you since hearing about your intestine issues. So glad to hear everything is going good~!!

    If you are doing so well in p3 then I am sure the trip will be fine and you will come back in good shape.

    I am not doing so well. I think I started it off wrong by eating some of my daughters birthday cake (very small piece) but still it seems I am stablizing at 3lbs over my LIW. It is constant so I guess anything constant is good. I have two rounds ahead of me so I am really just waiting til I can go back into the safety zone of p2 and start over again~~~ never thought I would miss p2.

    Hi Pink, How are you??? So nice to see a note from you today!!
    I'm doing well...I'm on P3 and holding...I'm at 140.2 and my LIW was 141.6...it seems easy...until something goes wrong-and something will go wrong eventually... Lol!!! But, so far, so good! I'm getting ready to go on a trip next week, so that should be interesting!!
    I'm definitely going to do another short round...I would like to take 10 more pounds off at some point...

    How about you, how are you doing?? How is P3 treating you???

    I'm getting better...I ended up in the hospital a couple of days ago...I had an infection/swelling in my intestines...they called it diverticulitis!! (I didn't even know what it was...) I was in a lot of pain, not able to eat or move easily...so they did a CT scan and figured it out...so now I'm on antibiotics and pain meds...I guess it can take a couple of weeks to not have the pain anymore...

    It had nothing to do with the HCG diet, but now I'm on a fairly liquid diet until it heals...oh well...
    I'm still staying on the HCG injections...cuz I'm rogue like that...
    Seriously, it really hasn't interfered with anything, I'm doing a combo of vegetarian diet and the regular meat diet...

    Are you staying on P2 a little longer??? You've really done well!! You should be so proud of yourself!!! Congratulations to you!!!

    Hey Pink, I saw that you have lost your 30#'s!!! Congratulations!!! I'm so happy for you!!!

    I had a little medical set back, so I'm still not sure when I'm going to start P3...so disappointing, but I just want the weight off once and for all!!

  8. deviled eggs with as much protein as possible and just a little fat. I boil 8 eggs (which makes 16 deviled eggs), I remove 4 of the yolks, add 3 tablspoons of real mayonaise, 1/2 tspn (or to taste) of curry,1 cup of crabmeat, 1 tilapia (precooked ), about 20 jumbo precooked shrimp, spicey chicken sausage (precooked), and mix all together, add 1 tspn of worchestishire sauce,and more mayonaise if needed (for desired consistantcy). Mix all together then stuff your eggs.

R2 Week one

Today has been a week of eating VLCD. I have lost 15lbs. I gained 8 on loading so I think alot of that weight was not actul weight but a reaction to something I ate. This week I have been eating the same things and being good. I rotate....onions cooked in Coconut oil then adding lean ground beef (favorite), boiled chicken that I either make chicken and lettuce with fake honey mustard dressing or just the chicken with another veggie-I cover the chicken in the honey mustard dressing and call

mug cake frosting--cream cheese frosting

From an old thread in the old forum by way of yva0099 poster:

Original Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
4 oz cream cheese
3 tbsp Stevia or Xylitol(I used Xylitol, as the stevia I buy is in individual packets)
3 tbsp heavy cream

Combine cream cheese and Stevia until well blended. Whip in heavy cream until frosting is nice and thick

Cheesecake
3 pkg cream cheese (room temp)
4 eggs (room temp)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/3 c sugar equivalent
1/4 cup sour cream

Crust:
1 cup almond meal (used crushed almonds)
2 Tlbs. melted butter
2 tlbs. sugar equivalent
