  5. Yes...I'm back to my original weight this morning. 1st VLCD went good as well as today. I look forward to weighing myself now...I use to hate it. I even canceled my Dr. appt a few weeks ago, because I didn't want to get on her scale and see that I had gained. I'll reschedule. How are you doing? I was a little hungry last night, but I'm drinking the water and tea.
