Well I haven't posted a blog in months, so I figured it's time!
I'm currently in phase 2 of my third round. I've lost 56 lbs since October when I started round 1. Yah, it's pretty cool.
This round I'm doing subq injections instead of hhcg. I like that the injections are something I do in the morning and then don't have to worry about for the rest of the day. Nice and convenient. Painless? Not so much! I'm a big baby. My hunger is under control and I hope it stays
Today is my last day of drops, followed by 2 days of vlcd then on to P3. Woohoo! I've lost 35 lbs and it feels so good. My family, friends and coworkers are astonished and amazed at my tranformation and keep telling me how good I look.
I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow to get some P3 foods but plan to do this for the first few days:
Breakfast:
Coffee with a TB half & half
1 fruit
Lunch:
Chili (6 oz. groundbeef, 1
Because I am going to keep chugging along! Choo Choo!!!!
Down another 1 lb today, feels great. 18 lb in 12 days is AMAZING!
I have figured out what my goal is. My family goes to San Clemente State Beach in southern California every summer. Well this year I want to be able to wear a bikini, or a tankini. I don't have to be down to my goal, 140, to wear a 2-piece. I don't want to put that much pressure on myself but I do want to feel comfortable and confident enough
I am seeing results, as is everyone around me. I saw my bf's family last night and everyone commented on how great I look and said "Have you lost weight?". It was really nice to hear. I am down 14.6 lbs on Day 10 of R1P2. Great feeling. However I had my first cheat last night (peanut butter, jelly and banana sandwich)...now I'm worried how that will effect me. I was down .2 lbs. when I weighed this morning but I fear that I will stall for the next few days.
