    Hey there! Decided to wait until later in the month. Too much drama in my life to start up P2! I'm still hanging. Unfortunately, I was 4 lbs over LIW this morning. Need to get rid of that by the weekend, I hope. It does seem easy to gain a few AND lose a few in after P4. I wish you luck on your round. Your picture looks great! I will check in now and then, especially when I need a kick in the butt!

    Hey Praying - think I will be joining you for Round 3. Our stats are close. I think I read that you're doing a 40 day round. That's rough, but I am thinking 30. I'll keep you posted. Good luck with your Round 3!

    Hey! Hmmm....I haven't thought about planning my loading. What's funny is I'm so used to trying to cut back that it's like going against the grain thinking of the worst things to consume! I'm gonna try and go the healther route with healthy fats: avocado, PB, whole grain breads w/real butter, ice cream with chocolate topping (which doesn't even sound good to me) Any suggestions for breakfast? I guess I could do bacon. And all this load planning has me realizing I won't be able to start until Tuesday since I'm gone all weekend for a high school girls retreat-which I am really excited for! So....I'll probably shop Monday, load Tues/Weds, and my short round will end the weekend my twin and I celebrate our 30th!

    I ordered homeopathic drops. Really crossing my fingers it works for me b/c I did a lot of research and it's always intimidating hearing about all the fake products. But there's a money back guarantee....can't beat that!

    Trying to match my 1st round of 25.5. That would put me at my goal of 152. Not sure if the skip is just to extend or if more people do it for other reasons. I'll read more on it. I'm 49 and 5'6" much more lbs. than that & I think I'd have so much skin I'd have to fold it up and put it in my clothes. My thigh skin did not shrink in P3 and doesn't look like it will in P4 & I'm walking around 3.5 miles everyday. Hopefully with RX it will shrink. My fav P3 meals are george forman chicken with Mrs. Dash or greek seasoning and fresh spinach cooked in chicken broth. I also do well on cabbage cooked in broth. I love tilapia so I cook it alot also. Toward the last few weeks I started eating french style green beans and they didn't affect my loss. I read the starch is not as bad with the french cut. It was worth it to give me one really good veggie. I cooked venison patties on my forman also. I used it twice a day. Am still using it in phase 4.

    I didn't really have any hunger on the hhcg and thought I lost well on it. But, I hated the drops and having to schedule around them. Seems I was constantly drinking water and then it would be oops I can't do my drops now and then I have to wait before I can eat. The one shot and done for the say seems easier. Plus, I've lost most of my weight in my boobs and thighs. I've had breast reduction and really don't want to lose there anymore and my stomach is where my biggest problem is. I've read that some think on RX you lose weight in the areas where you need it the most. I'm going to do at least the 40 day round and maybe longer if I skip one day a week on the shots. Guess I'll see how it goes and stop it I feel like I'm getting immune to it.

Blog Is LONG Overdue

Well I haven't posted a blog in months, so I figured it's time!

I'm currently in phase 2 of my third round. I've lost 56 lbs since October when I started round 1. Yah, it's pretty cool.

This round I'm doing subq injections instead of hhcg. I like that the injections are something I do in the morning and then don't have to worry about for the rest of the day. Nice and convenient. Painless? Not so much! I'm a big baby. My hunger is under control and I hope it stays

Starting P3 Soon

Today is my last day of drops, followed by 2 days of vlcd then on to P3. Woohoo! I've lost 35 lbs and it feels so good. My family, friends and coworkers are astonished and amazed at my tranformation and keep telling me how good I look.

I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow to get some P3 foods but plan to do this for the first few days:

Because I am going to keep chugging along! Choo Choo!!!!

Down another 1 lb today, feels great. 18 lb in 12 days is AMAZING!

I have figured out what my goal is. My family goes to San Clemente State Beach in southern California every summer. Well this year I want to be able to wear a bikini, or a tankini. I don't have to be down to my goal, 140, to wear a 2-piece. I don't want to put that much pressure on myself but I do want to feel comfortable and confident enough

I am seeing results, as is everyone around me. I saw my bf's family last night and everyone commented on how great I look and said "Have you lost weight?". It was really nice to hear. I am down 14.6 lbs on Day 10 of R1P2. Great feeling. However I had my first cheat last night (peanut butter, jelly and banana sandwich)...now I'm worried how that will effect me. I was down .2 lbs. when I weighed this morning but I fear that I will stall for the next few days.
