I totally agree I only want to eat those things because I can't. It was funny to me when I smelled pork chops cooking and wanted one and I don't eat pork..lol. I gained 2lbs when I cheated. But I lost it again now. Glad to know Im not the only one that cheated. We must be strong for Christmas though.

9!!! Woot Woot! That's good news. I have had a cpl small cheats, bite here. I actually chewed choc toffee bar and spit it out just so I could taste it. Gross I know. Sat night I sat in my car in the garage crying and dh had to come out and console me. I was sobbing "I'm emotionally hungry!!!" LOL! Anyway I feel better now. It's challenging but rewarding don't you agree?

It's going well, down 8 including load weight. Now that your dose is correct you should start losing I'm sure. I am preparing mentally for slow losses next week. Hang in there!!

Definitely need a body...I've been trying to keep my mind and self busy because I also eat when am bored or because I have nothing else to do.what are u stats...I notice u also want to loose around the same weight I do.
