Hey thank you so much, yea i can understand it better now that it's broken down a little. I think i get it now. I can't follow the VLCD, with the 500 calories. I'm trying to do 700ish at least def under 1000 calories a day with very low fat. I really need to guy buy a scale, or go use my friend's bc I have no idea how I'm doing yet!! LOL
QTeekitty, so I found some answers to some of my questions. First rounds and phases appear to be the same. Some will stick to the R1-phase1 reference. That messes me up!! So for me I will just say phase1. So during my phase either 30 or 42 days, no drops for the last 3 of phase but still doing vlcd. Then 2 weeks of semi reg food..no sugar or starch(high carb). Then 2 load days on 3 day drops and vlcd for another phase of 30or42 days. I'm pretty lame so the easier it is for me the more I will stick to it. I hope that helps you find the groove of your diet.
