  1. Thank you for the spread sheet!
  2. Good point about all the cravings! I had thought of that, so I went for chocolate, chocolate, fast food chicken and milk products!

VLCD24 - Steady as she goes - or stable as she goes is more like it.

by Rabo on May 1st, 2013 at 02:33 PM
Stable is good, but I prefer to be stable after having adding in calories and fat, aka in P3. It's OK though. I'm going to continue going strong during this last week of VLCD.

I saw something I loved today and will share it here. Simple and beautiful:

To belittle is to be little.

I just love it.

XXOO to ALL y'all!

VLCD23 - Life is Good.

by Rabo on April 30th, 2013 at 02:16 PM
I'm nearing the home stretch of Round 2 and all is well. I had to up my dose several times and I've finally, FINALLY found the cure for my incessant hunger. I'm one of the unusual ones that needed a higher dose. I'm currently at 175 iu and feel happy as a clam. Previously the word "clam" would have me all distracted and dreaming of food. Feeling rather puny and I'm not sure if it's the VLCDs/hcg taking a toll on me or if I've got a touch of a bug or what, but I'm really looking forward to the end of the day so I can just get in bed and get some sleep. I'm drained.

Per the advice of some knowledgeable women, I've added magnesium and potassium to my daily routine. It hasn't kicked

Round 2, Phase 2, VLCD10

by Rabo on April 17th, 2013 at 07:18 AM
Oh boy. I'm tired today. I'm tired of dieting too. I wanna eat something off protocol - like a macademia nut or chicken thigh. MUST get my head back in the game. I'm feeling hungry, so I'm thinking of skipping a dose tomorrow, after having upped my dose earlier this week. I have the hardest time getting my stupid dose right. I'm going to go make a hot cuppa green tea and hope that wakes me up and curbs my desire to eat.

I ate more than 500 calories yesterday but I still netted a
