    Hello out there it looks like you havent logged in in a long time but im going to try you anyway. I am using your tracker and its awesome but i have some cells that are not updating and i would like you to take a look at it if you can. Let me know if i can send it to you that would be great if not i will keep doing what im doing it still works but i like the easy calculation thats on it, it makes it easier on time. Thanks Bambi

    I have the same problem as Emcee in that when I click refresh on the pivot table all my data goes away.
    I am not familiar with pivot tables and could sure use some help here.

    Hi Racquel - Thanks so much for your spreadsheet - I am only on VLCD2 in Phase 2 so looking forward to using this to track my intake of food. However I have refreshed the pivot table but now it won't pull in any of the dates I've got on the left of the grid. Any advice? I'm sure you get tons of requests for help, but I truly would appreciate any assistance.

    The excel sheet that you created is excellent. Thank you so much for the time and effort that you put into this. I do have one question. How does the food log work? Do you. We normally eat 7 items a day. 2 fruit, 2 protein, 2 veggies, and melba toast. will we enter a seperate entry for each item. Ex: I start on 7 DEC 11, will have 7 entries with that date? or how does that work.

Created a "am i REALLY hungry test?" for myself as I seem to struggle in this area....

1.) Hmmm am i hungry? (Thinks about P4 food/ Watches kids eat Pizza / drives by 31 Flavors / smells fried chicken / husband on coach eating chips / food commercial on tv / coworker just made popcorn / work luncheon) Yup I think i'm hungry...

Chalking it up as a mental break day and getting my head back in the game tomorrow. Not sure what it is. Still been messinng with my dose trying to get it right. I have no hunger for like 1 or 2 days and then i am starving. Having a really hard time breaking the old bad habits when i am starving, it makes it so much worse then when i feel "full" those few days. Plus i think once you kinda cheat it just snowballs.And that was me tonight. snowballing. bad...
