    So exciting to break a set point. I broke one yesterday: 125.5~ And today I am 125.....I'm losing about .56/day on average....right on schedule to reach my goal. I am on VLCD37 and plan on continuing until my drops run out....probably around VLCD55 or so. After my interruption it took me 2 weeks to really get losing again. I woudn't recommend an interruption if it can be avoided. BUT...I am still on track for my goals. I am learning a lot as I continue through this...I've been sick 3 times and had TOM 2 times and those are usually HUGE pitfalls for me with food. I comfort with food, and I haven't this time....it's nice. I'm proud of myself. And becoming a stranger in my own clothes. My size 6's are too big! I can't wait for this last 10lbs ! Glad you are doing well. How much longer in PH2 for you?? I have probably 2-3 weeks. Please keep in touch!

  7. Thank you WineRose. unfortunately there are a few bugs with the food logs so i think i am going to revert to a less sophisticated version. its causing a lot of problems....

Created a "am i REALLY hungry test?" for myself as I seem to struggle in this area....

1.) Hmmm am i hungry? (Thinks about P4 food/ Watches kids eat Pizza / drives by 31 Flavors / smells fried chicken / husband on coach eating chips / food commercial on tv / coworker just made popcorn / work luncheon) Yup I think i'm hungry...

Chalking it up as a mental break day and getting my head back in the game tomorrow. Not sure what it is. Still been messinng with my dose trying to get it right. I have no hunger for like 1 or 2 days and then i am starving. Having a really hard time breaking the old bad habits when i am starving, it makes it so much worse then when i feel "full" those few days. Plus i think once you kinda cheat it just snowballs.And that was me tonight. snowballing. bad...
