    I am trying to contact people starting around the time I am so we can all share our experiences. I am loading March 24 and 25th. I have been eating clean and exercising and lost 20 lbs but then just cant seem to get any more off so I have decided to try this diet out. I have about 25 lbs to loose. I am nervous and excited about starting.

    Sure, I'm down. I'm a Turkey at heart, but my turkeys are moving into P3 soon, b/c I joined them early/ late :-( I'm still game :-)

    Thanks for the invite Rachel - your baby is precious! I wish I had this diet after my kids were born. i am so blown away with the weight loss. 9.5 lbs in only 4 days of VLCD. the loading is hard as you feel kinda sick after eating so much fat ,but I now feel great.

    Fraid not, Dubbles is a combination of two of my dogs names, Dudley and Bubbles, ergo--Dubbles! Beautiful baby and family.

Created a "am i REALLY hungry test?" for myself as I seem to struggle in this area....

1.) Hmmm am i hungry? (Thinks about P4 food/ Watches kids eat Pizza / drives by 31 Flavors / smells fried chicken / husband on coach eating chips / food commercial on tv / coworker just made popcorn / work luncheon) Yup I think i'm hungry...

Chalking it up as a mental break day and getting my head back in the game tomorrow. Not sure what it is. Still been messinng with my dose trying to get it right. I have no hunger for like 1 or 2 days and then i am starving. Having a really hard time breaking the old bad habits when i am starving, it makes it so much worse then when i feel "full" those few days. Plus i think once you kinda cheat it just snowballs.And that was me tonight. snowballing. bad...
