    Hi Ready,
    First day of VLCD not so bad, especially since I drink coffee all morning anyway. Used canned chicken from Costco cause I didn't have fresh. Had it with spinach. I made the Apple Cider vinegar/water/stevia/salt/pepper dressing and it wasn't too bad. I use the Bragg's Apple Cider vinegar. The stuff you buy in the store is pasteurized. You want the kind with the "mother" in the bottom.

Does anyone know anything about using Exogenous ketones with the HCG diet? I have recently been reading alot about the use of Exogenous Ketones and have been hearing about people using them while doing HCG Phase 2. This lady was saying that ever since using the ketones she has consistently on a daily basis has had had losses and does not have anymore stalls since starting Ketones on P2. Anyone have any experience with them? Anyone used ketone while on P2? The price on Ketones are so expensive

Starting round 3

Starting Round 3 today (10/31/17). I just finsished 6 weeks of Phase 3 and did really well, and stayed within my last drop weight. I only did a steak day/correction day once and was eating around 1800 calories per day without any exercise. It feels great to have 35 lbs off, bought a few pairs of new jeans and work pants since everything was falling off of me. Starting Round 2

Starting Round 2 with loading today. I have maintained my weight in P3 within 2 lbs. I did not weight myself this morning since Im staying at a hotel and also on day 3 of TOM. Will weight myself in morning tomorrow.
Loading day 1: 216.8
VLCD 1: 213.6

starting P3

Starting P3 (3 days of VLCD without HCG), my losses were not very good. only 18.5 Lbs in 39 days, but I will take that. Planning on doing p3 for 3 weeks and then doing short 23 day rounds next time, until I get to my goal. These long rounds are just too brutal and not much loss after the the 1st 23 days. It didnt help that I had 2 TOMs in this cycle either, which caused me major long stalls. Next round I will make sure that I dont hit TOM in a round. Maybe will do loading on TOM days to completely

Starting again

Starting the HCG diet again since losing weight in 2011. I did 2.5 rounds and lost lots of weight in 2011/2012, but due to life and depression gained it all back plus another 35 Lbs extra in the past 6 years. So enough is enough and will have to take this seriously and I am planning on doing 60 days this round instead of the normal 40 days of 500 calories. So we will see.
Loading day 1: 227.4 lbs
Loading day 2: 227.2 lbs
VLCD 1: 224.8
VLCD 2: 224.6
