It is not an alternative to doing a full round the first time.
It is not a faster way to lose weight.
It is not a way to "cheat" and go back
It does not reset your metabolism without finishing your cycles with a full round.
It is not a chance to add foods that aren't on protocol.
brooks- you take 1000 mg at a time, so the entire vial. once a week, or if really tired you could do them twice a wk.
ms- injectable b-12 is very hard to get in the states without a script- even places selling it for animals. i've seen a few, but don't have a link- i get mine from my doc.
Mixing and Subcutaneous Injection Instructions
These mixing instructions are based on advice from the veterans on the HCG Diet Info Forums (many thanks to them!!) and additional information found on the internet.
Initial Information:
• Treat the HCG gently – no shaking, or dropping the bottle.
• Keep all forms of HCG refrigerated – even the powder. HCG doesn’t like heat and why take the chance of it getting damaged due to heat.
i've spent weeeeeeeks looking for a good spreadsheet to keep track of all of my dailly logs. making my own seemed like it would be a big pain in the butt. i came across dozens, but none were exactly what i needed - daily changes, waist measurement (how many of us really measure 12 different spots every day??), journal and graphs.
i finally decided to make my own. i made the daily log and graph sheets from scratch, but i added several other sheets in case any of you want to use them.
