I think it is cravings, the last two days have been better. I am getting ready to fix my supper and I am not real hungry. I find drinking tea helps me alot. thank you so much for writing to me. I take 36drops per day sometimes 12 x 3 or 6 x 6????

I am 63, 5f2'', weigh 215.4 today. I started at 224.4 Oct 25,2010. I have never been successful at diets, like most people I do good ...get about 20lbs gone....only to give up and gain them back and more. I have gained 100lbs over the years since about 40 ...49. Within that time I stopped smoking, drinking and got heart disease, diabetes as of late. The heart meds caused weight gain, stopping smoking I gained about 40lbs but very happy to be a non smoker. When I stopped drinking I started eating SUGAR....anything sweet!
I am ready to become healthy, I have too much living I want to do...in my golden years........so I am serious to do this. I only have one problem...ME! I have a wonderful friend that is so supportive and she is doing the HCG too. I have cheated several times since the 25th but I am getting better. I love seeing the pounds melt away. You all are showing me this can be done. Looking forward to getting to know all of you! Rett

Hi Retts, you may need to adjust your hcg dose if you are still having craving and hunger after this long. I started the vlcd on 10.29.10 and was on 10Drops 3x a day, I'm now doing 10drops 5x a day. Are you actually getting hungry or is it just cravings? What type of Hcg are you on?
