I have viewed you as an insightful person. And thank you for loving animals so much as to volunteer your time.

Im on vlcd 13, but was up 16 total after loading, if at first you don't succeed, try try again ;P we are both still better than where we started, slow and steady !! it will be good to see you in the forums again =)

Hello Rhiannon, just dropping in to check on you =) Back in the game here, still 7 to go to get back to LIW from last round, even if I only held that weight for like a day lol. Hope all is well with you <3
