    Hey girl! Haven't spoke to you in a while, since P2!! I was just checking in to see how well you did on the first round! I'm biting the bullet and doing another round, so here I am day 2 and can't wait until P3 already haha. I'm hoping to lose 30 this time around, but Idk if another round is still as effective. Anyways, hope you are doing well!!!!

  2. Hey Lady! I've lost 22 or so I think. ANd I have about 11 days left. I'm done on the 29th. THen stopping with the drops for two days an moving onto p3. I so can't wait to have normal food again. Cheese, butter and peanut butter That would make my life so much better. You've done great so far! How many day cycle are you doing? I'm doing the full 40. I had a 1.8lb loss the day before. Couldn't believe it so late in the game. I don't think you will gain the wait back. Just stay on track and only add 1 food at a time every 2 or 3 days to see how you react. Keep drinking the water like you have been and I feel we will do great! Keep me updated.

    Hey girl! I was just checking in to see how your weight loss was going! I've lost 20 so far and I'm 12 days away from being done with P2! Yayyyy. I'm really ready to start P3 but I am so nervous. I'm afraid to gain the weight back! But I know I can do it. I've thought about doing another round when I get done with this. Hope you are doing well!!!

2.4lbs to go

Well I'm just 2.4 lbs to go until I am under 200. I have 3more days to go.. and while I would love to do it. I'm not sure it's going to happen and for me to maintain. But I'm thereish. It will bring my total weight loss to just over 44 lbs. Only 56 more to go! I'm going to work ot during p4.. I must.. It's the only way to continue. I need to get a playlist of music to keep me going. otherwise my elliptical is just one huge expensive cat toy. someone please kick me in the butt please!

Tuesday will be my last day and I've lost almost 16 lbs. Kind of bummed with the results but it is what it is. I think I am going to hold off between my next round and wait 12 weeks. I think I didn't space out my rounds well enough? I've also had to adjust my dose twice now. I've skipped my dose last night and will see how I feel this afternoon. I was pretty hungry all day yesterday. I ate dinner super early to get by. Probably won't have a loss tomorrow either. I have 4 more days to go.

So I've finally started losing again.. I have never stalled like that before unless TOM was visiting. But the last three days have been .4 .6 and 1 lb. Did a major happy dance today. I needed that. If i hadn't had a loss this morning... I don't know how my mood would be today. I'm so close to being under 200 for the first time in 20 or so months. Glad to be back. ONly 60 more lbs to go.. Not sure I am going to hit it with another two roundfs.. but I feel if i start a workout regimen and stick

Three week check in! I'm super discouraged. Haven't lost much at all this last week. Major stall. Today I had a.4 loss which is a first. I haven't cheated but nothing is coming off. Not sure I am going to come close to any of the goals I set for myself this round. This is the first time i've had this happen in all my rounds. I have 10 days or so left and I'm hoping for 7 lbs... it's a stretch at this point... any weight is a stretch.. just going to keep plugging along. not cheating.. don't

My losses are getting smaller.. I wish I wasn't so neurotic with the scale on hcg.. otherwise I would weigh ever week instead of once a day and get better losses! I can hope that tomorrow I can fight the urge to get on the scale. lol. I was down .2 this morning. So close to be under 200! Have about two weeks left to go. Hoping to get down to lower side of the 190's this round. And stay there until my next round in July. Decided yesterday that I will load on Fourth of July weekend! Sounds
