So I gave it another try, Full support from my skinny Hubby 2B and danged if I didn't raise my drops to 14, 3 times a day... OMG the lbs started falling literally 1 a day.... then they tapered off to a steady 1/2 a day... Botom Line... I went from 144 down to 128.0 YIPPEEEEeeeeeeee Yeah Baby I can wear my old jeans now (my panties fit me too LoL)... AND I am shocked at this one... My boobs stayed! I am barely an A cup and feared that I would lose what little I had BUT I DIDN'T !!! So I wanted to thank you & especially here because this is where I gathered my strength. If I hadn't lost it this time I would have come back to the forum whining... But amazingly I did. I am now back down to my size 6 vs my old 8. My wedding dress is awaiting my skinny body... (OH I lost 3.5 inches off my waist & 2 off my thighs. I'm blown away. I know my weight loss is no where near what you did, but it doesn't matter how much you gain... mentally you feel just as bad...

Robbi: Nancy Carol here... I don't know if you remember of not, but you helped me GREATLY back in feb/march when I was really struggling on the starvation part... I just couldn't get my drops adjusted and tried the program twice. I made it 9 days the first time & was extremely depressed because I wathced my Fiance go through it & lose 20lbs... Uggg then I tried again... HA! Lasted a mere 6 days... Now I'm 8 weeks out from my wedding (4 weeks ago) and I said 'Dammit 3 times a Charm - JUST DO IT"...

Hi Robbi, I just did a search for "Austin, TX" and your profile came up in someone's thread. I live in S. Austin, just outside of downtown. I just started R1P2 on VLCD 5 with my husband. We do subq injections. I've had to tweak my dose a bit but I think 125iu is going to be what works best for me. This diet is amazing! Are there any groups in the area that get together socially? It would be nice to meet others who are local.

Hi Robbi, Mind if I ask you about salt intake. I noticed you said decrease salt. I have used no salt except for salt in the French's mustard. I am wondering should I start using salt now. I am on VLCD17 with 20.2 releases. Prior to hcg, I rarely rarely used salt except in premixed seasonings.
