    Hi and thanks for elaborating. You are a very smart cookie. I use coconut oil once in a while and maybe have a diet soda but all the rest is on protocol. I don't eat the melbas though. I dont understand the people who are cheating regularly. Why bother spending your $ on hcg and then cheat.
    Anyway, I hope you will allow yourself to spend the holidays w your family! I took my own food to Thanksgiving and was fine. My SIL wasn't very happy though!

    I can't believe you are on day 29 already. That went quickly. Means you will probably be in P3 for Xmas which is good timing. I am going to do a shorter round this time so I am in P3 for Xmas and P4 for my birthday. next time I will do a longer one probably. I am doing good though. I wish I didn't go so hog wild on loading but it is what it is. Looking forward to being under 200!! You must be in the 100's now. Bet that feels great. keep up the good work and talk with you soon.

Oh look -- I'm right back where I started. And I'm not all that shocked by this outcome. I wish I could feign surprise, supply myself with valid excuses ... but that's not the case. I never thought I'd be a human yo-yo. All though my childhood; I watched my Dad balloon up to 300# and then drop to a 160# (looking like a survivor of a work camp)... and then do it all over again.

"I would rather just be fat than go through that misery.", I remember thinking to myself.

Sooo... I have been trying to blog about this for at least a month now... but I've been way too embarrassed.

I don't even know where to begin -- and that is part of the problem. I stopped paying attention. I stopped weighing myself every day... and then when I did weigh myself and see the numbers creeping up... I would lose 2 or 3 of the five pounds gained and call it good. When I weighed nearly 300 pounds -- I often felt completely defeated. There didn't seem to be any point in try to lose the weight, because my "goal weight" (according to height/weight charts) of 127 pounds felt completely unattainable. I jumped off the wagon at Christmas time. I would like to say that I "fell off the wagon" -- because it sounds so much more like an accident... but I knew exactly what I was doing when I did it.
