    Thanks for the extra information. I've gained about 30 pounds over the last 3 years or so. I want to lose about 45 total and am considering, depending on what I lose during this round, just doing the last part on my own. I'm going to be 30 this year (no kids) and until I was 23-24, I was always underweight no matter what I ate. I got less active and the weight started adding on. The going out on weekends and eating fast food afterwards didn't help me any. I did read a post from someone that answers questions about avoiding it and what can be done after phase 2 to help reduce it if you do have it. I'm hoping those all work. I don't like having the belly as I seem to gained most of the 30 in that area (people used to think I was pregnant in the beginning) but I also won't like that either but I'll take the cost if it means this belly goes away! Congrats again on your weight loss!

    I have a nibble of this and that hear and there. Not sure how it's affecting me but I still have that P2 empty feeling we all have. I think you should stick it out, do you think you could make it without cheating? Should you just up your protein? Either way I heard in order to stabilize once starting around you should at least do the 21 days. Just don't sabbotage your progress, if anything up your protein. Maybe add some Greek yogurt?
